You may know GIFs today as the main medium for many popular online memes. While GIFs don't support audio or long video files, they might be a good format to convert a video into if you're trying to make a short GIF based meme that loops itself. How you can convert mp4 to gif
1. Upload Your mp4 file

2. Select gif as your conversion format
