In a matter of seconds you can merge a GIF with the Motionbox video editor. Using our Giphy integration, or using our easy to use uploader, you can be making a creative GIF quickly.

Not only can you merge, but you can do so much more with our GIF tools. Like change the time of the GIF, add text, rotate, scale, crop, and so much more.

Also you can convert your merged GIF into an MP4 if you would like, this makes it nice to share on social media, and you can even add music to your merged GIF if you would like.

You can upload your GIF, or you can select a GIPHY GIF since we have the integration in the sidebar. Refer to the video above to see how it works.
Merging is simple, make sure the clips on the timeline are next to each other. Avoid frame jumps by placing them nicely together, the second clip in the merge should be 0.01s in front of the clip before it.
You can export your new merged GIFS as a GIF or you can export it as an MP4. The benefit to MP4 is you can add music, it can be a smaller file size, and longer in total time. Also with MP4s since its a container format, you can add audio into the MP4 container.
You can use thousands of free GIFs with our GIPHY integration, so just search and add your GIF. It's also super simple to add music following a similar process.
Merging GIFs are free, the only thing we ask is you use our watermark on the free version to help support us grow.
By being online you can easily add Motionbox into your workflow, especially if you use tools like Figma and or Webflow.
